The top eight global culinary trends that all chefs should capitalize on were recently identified by a global survey called Future Menus.
Unilever Food Solutions (UFS), a division of Unilever that intends to offer solutions to chefs and F&Bs, conducted the Future Menus report.
It gathered data and information from 1,603 chefs in 21 countries, 77,000 food-related keyword searches on social media and the Internet in 11 countries, 25 publications on food and menu trends, in-depth interviews with 20 experts, and more.
